Placing Orders

Ordering is quick and easy via the Upstock App

– Save your favourites into shopping lists, for fast and easy ordering
– Limit staff to only order from favourites
– View real time status on orders
– Modify standing orders
– Order from multiple suppliers, all at once

Product Distribution

Orders can be picked up from 6am via The Chubby Baker outlet located in the countdown complex on 5/45 Jackson St, Petone.
There is ample parking which makes pick up quick and easy.

If you require delivery within the Wellington region a freight charge will apply. This will be influenced by location, quantity and frequency of products ordered. This will be confirmed when setting up an account.

Terms of Trade

Invoices are sent on a weekly basis consolidating the prior weeks daily orders from Monday to Sunday.
Payment terms are strictly 7 days from the date of invoice.

2. Download the Upstock App
3. Search for ‘The Chubby Baker’ via Suppliers > Discover
4. Click the ‘Connect to Order’ or ‘Connect’ button
5.Once accepted your ready to order
